Norris makes multiple mistakes every race. Very unreliable guy. Piastri looks hot fav for the title now. Good to see Russell win though

It wouldn't be changing the cars just for one track. Hungary, Jeddha, Barcelona, Singapore, Miami, Suzuka, Imola all have problems delivering overtaking. You would improve the racing across the board.

Liam ahead of Max oh I know the haters are SEETHING

  • It was hit and miss. For the hardcore fans who hate the overall commercialisation of the sport in the past 10 years it would have been a nightmare but generally it was a perfectly serviceable event. A

Yeah great to see George command that race

Great to see the Hulk with a confident points finish again

KIMIANA GRANDE PODIUM I prayed for times like these 😭😭😭 that’s my maknae

Lewis running over a groundhog and the Landoscar lover’s quarrel were the other interesting parts that tugged at my heart 😂 wtf happened with vcarb’s strategies 😭😭😭

Merc finally winning a race in the current regs on a hot day, things we didn't think we'd see! And Kimi nabbing a podium was brilliant, deserved after all that misfortune in the triple header.

That was such a rookie mistake from Lando though, the worst of a bad bunch he's made this season although previously he'd at least kept them limited to qualifying sessions.

Absolute nothing of a weekend from Ferrari once again...

Absolutely wild that Norris didn't receive any penalty points for the collision, yet was given a 5 second time penalty...

That 5 second time penalty is completely redundant,

An great podium from Kimi, the first Italian to get onto the podium since Jarno Trulli in 2009 and the first Italian on the podium in Canada, I think since Fisichella in 2000 that an Italian has finished on the podium in Canada.

Would be great when watching the highlights for Channel 4 to do a proper run down of the grid before the race. When it's North American races, their coverage seems to be very rushed.

True, I often rely on YouTube Highlight which uses the same Sky Sports coverage of the race us Americans get on TV via simulcast. However, I make it a habit to watch the qualifying highlights first and know the lineup going in.

Even then I always need the pre-race grid rundown as quali highlights never mention post session penalties like with Hadjar this weekend. You have to actively look for that sort of news as they never mention it on the mainstream media unless it's one of the championship contenders

Big upgrades for Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull it’ll be interesting to see how it plays out this weekend

Super lap for Norris miles ahead of everybody else. Now watch him go get overtaken at the start tomorrow

The biggest pole margin on the shortest circuit, funny how it works like that sometimes.

Lawson the highest Red Bull car, get him back in the main team!

I think it's time to put Lawson back in the Red Bull.

The only chance Max has of winning the title is to put him in the RB as it's clearly the better of the two cars.

I'm not even sure it's that silly an idea...

Tsunoda, in his defence, was a mere 0.263 off of Verstappen's time in Q1, which is much closer than most of Max's teammates have managed. The tightness of the grid is really costing him.

This race is going to be interesting due to the heat. It’s so hot. Sainz out already and it hasn’t started

That was a snoozefest after the first pit stops. What an embarrassment from Merc, how can you go from winning to finishing over a minute behind the winner in the space of one race, joke.

^ The heat. Simple as that.

Mercedes always struggle in high temps
