I'd put him as favourite now myself, next 2 tracks are Mexico and Brazil which he is great at. He'll be within 25 points of Piastri before Vegas imo.

    There's also quite a few drivers who had multiple poles but didn't convert any of them to wins e.g.: Chris Amon - 5 pole positions but never won a race Keke Rosberg - 5 pole positions and 5 victories

    It wouldn't be changing the cars just for one track. Hungary, Jeddha, Barcelona, Singapore, Miami, Suzuka, Imola all have problems delivering overtaking. You would improve the racing across the board.

What was very recently a long shot with Max winning, is becoming an increasingly shorter one. Today will be pivotal, big performance needed form the McLaren drivers, a shot in the arm, otherwise this could be incredibly close with Max.

If Max pulls off this comeback from the dead, his legendary status will grow exponentially.
