December 1, 2025Dec 1 Max will need to win with Lando finishing 4th or worse or really hope for DNF. Qualifying will be insane.
December 1, 2025Dec 1 The winner of the final race of the season has then gone on to win the title the next year in 10 of the past 11 seasons so history also favours Lando with his victory in 2024.
December 2, 2025Dec 2 Great to see the title go down to the wireI’d be happy with any of the 3 winning, although I’m leaning towards Max as that would be the better story - legend snatches title despite having the 2nd best car Feel bad for Yuki with the rumours going around (that he’ll be fully out and Hadjar will take his spot next year). Feels like Yuki would still be a good mid-table runner It makes me even more frustrated about Stroll/Colapinto staying as they have been very poor recently (I’m going to make a bold claim and say that Doohan would have done better overall had he stayed in the seat)On a personal level, gutted for Nico’s crash in Qatar. Last year he dragged his car into the top 10 standings, only to lose out to Gasly right at the end. This year he’s been shuffled down to 11th and both Sainz/Hadjar on form look to stay in front of him…
December 2, 2025Dec 2 Author As expected, Hadjar gets the Red Bull drive with Arvid Lindblad taking the drive at Racing Bulls alongside Lawson., This leaves Tsunoda without an seat on the grid.
December 2, 2025Dec 2 Author They may switch drivers after Australia, so good luck to Hadjar, he's gonna need it.
December 3, 2025Dec 3 Fun fact -The last time a three way fight in the final round was won by the then points leader was Emerson Fittipaldi in 1974.There have been 5 such battles since and each time the driver in 2nd or 3rd position in the championship at the start of the race took the crown

Pretty sure Fisichella did it 4 times in 2009?Either way, bad times man.Lando has one hand and 4 fingers on the title now with P2. The only jeopardy was Russell or Leclerc getting in the mix and that hasn't happened. But McLaren can still bottle the strategy...
December 6, 2025Dec 6 Author Fernando Alonso has finished ahead of Lance Stroll in every qualifying session this year.24-0.

December 7, 2025Dec 7 A Nico fan first Red bull fan second (they are my home team!) But that being said, I’m team Norris today Max winning the title would cement his legendary status though!
December 7, 2025Dec 7 Glad Norris doesn't get the penalty. It would've given me a massive Valentino Rossi 2015 ah moment lol
December 7, 2025Dec 7 Yes respect where it's due, Lando did all he needed to do today and certainly took his mentality up a notch at the business end of the season to get it over the line. An 11th British champ 🏆
December 7, 2025Dec 7 After messing up the last two weekends and making this still a fight, McLaren got everything spot on today whilst Red Bull were pretty disappointing - didn't do anything to attempt to change the course of the race, and Yuki was a hindrance if anything - the most dismal holding up attempt for the driver he needed to hold up, whilst the drivers who they needed to finish ahead of Norris found it harder, should have pitted him as soon as Norris was through. December 7, 2025Dec 7 Well it's never bad to add a new name to the roll of champions and Lando has been the better of the two McLaren drivers since the summer break. I think he's been a tad fortunate though that Oscar was derailed by a couple of harsh penalties and without Max's red mist in Spain the Dutchman would have beaten him.Still, others before have had similar luck and he's champion now. You can't take that away but unless McLaren are streets ahead again next year, I'm not convinced he'll get another.
