Football legends Jamie Redknapp, Jamie Carragher, Paul Ince, David Seaman and Teddy Sheringham have all signed up for the England Squad, while Edwin van der Sar and Jaap Stam will represent the Rest of the World, with more names expected to be announced soon.

UNICEF UK Ambassador Williams said: "Soccer Aid returns for the fifth time in June and I admit there are scores to settle.

"Leading the England team, I will be making sure we defend that trophy against Rest of the World. There's never been a better time for us to show our support for UNICEF, so please dig deep and buy your tickets now!"

Soccer Aid 2014

UNICEF UK Executive Director David Bull added: "Soccer Aid 2014 will raise vital money to help some of the world's most vulnerable children get life-saving food, medicine and clean water.

"Every day, children are in serious danger and thousands die needlessly in the struggle against poverty, hunger and disease. It's time for us all to act. Please, buy a ticket to go to Soccer Aid or watch the match on ITV and help us change children's lives."

Dermot O'Leary and Kirsty Gallacher will return to host the match - which will be broadcast live on ITV - while Cat Deeley will present an hour-long show from the player's lounge in the lead-up to the event.

The bi-annual fundraiser was last held in 2012, and helped raise £4.9 million for UNICEF.

Tickets are now on sale for Soccer Aid 2014. You can call 0845 456 2014 or visit manutd.com/socceraid.

My nephew played footy with Jack Whitehall once, he accidently head butted him

Your nephew head butted Jack , no wonder he's not right in the head

Nicky Byrne is quite a good player I think.

It's the same old faces time and time again though, isn't it?

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tells of “heartbreaking” stories after travelling to Cambodia with Unicef

The model met children living in overcrowded slum villages

Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has admitted hearing “heartbreaking” stories after travelling to Cambodia with the charity Unicef.

The Marks & Spencer lingerie model, 26, posted photos on Instagram after flying into the capital Phnom Penh to make an appeal film to be broadcast on ITV’s Soccer Aid on Sunday June 8.

Rosie travelled with Unicef to meet children living in overcrowded slum villages around the capital who are struggling against poverty, hunger and disease.

“I’ve been so inspired by the children I’ve met on my first day in Cambodia, despite the conditions they live in,” said Rosie.

“It was heartbreaking to meet a mum whose baby daughter died from diarrhoea when she was just six months old because of the sewage and dirty conditions. When children get ill here, they don’t always have access to medicine or clean water to be able to get better.”

“I was shocked to learn that around 50 children under the age of five die every day in Cambodia from diseases that can be easily prevented, like diarrhoea.

"Yet it costs so little to help save a child’s life.

She continued: "That’s why I’m supporting Unicef’s vital work through Soccer Aid, and you can too. Buy a ticket to the match at Old Trafford on Sunday June 8 to be a part of Soccer Aid and help Unicef change children’s lives all over the world.”

Soccer Aid will be taking place at Manchester's legendary Old Trafford stadium and will broadcast live on ITV.

Two star-studded squads of football legends and the world’s biggest stars will compete in an electrifying football match all in aid of Unicef, the world’s leading children’s organisation.

Rosie flew out to Cambodia on Monday just 24 hours after she attended to Vogue festival in London and talked about her career as a model.
