To be fair though, would their fanbase use words like that in their daily vocabulary? Probably not. That's what they need to consider.

 

Also, what other word could the writers have used to rhyme with disappoint? :lol: their fans would'nt know or care if they sang from a shopping list.

I doubt their fans CARE what the words are particularly.

I really like GBY although WMYB is far superior imo. Still really looking forward to the album!

 

Still not on board with this, the YOUUU on the chorus is terrible.

 

Not a great video either, WMYB was loads better in both departments.

The YOOOUUU is so fake, it sounds awful and just gets even worse when the key change kicks in. As for the rest of the video, there's some FAB clothes on show, mainly what Harry is wearing, that's about IT really. Obviously Harry looks HOT throughout, but that's a given.

That video is bad...like really bad.

I don't understand why they all had to get there via separate modes of transport - and what did baby Niall ride on; his guitar? Pretty shocking video, but no more so than that of 'What Makes You Beautiful'.

Good for them. I hope they do well. 'Gotta Be You' is AWFUL though, and so is the video.

 

I'm excited about hearing the RedOne track. If it sounds anything like typical RedOne material, they could get another worldwide(ish) hit.

WMYB was okay. The new one is really terrible though. I was hoping they were going to do something decent so I could move them into the "i no longer hate you" pile along with Cher Lloyd

 

I'm not saying this is AMAZING (though it is pretty great upon repeated listens), but I don't understand why this isn't on the album/released as the single. SO much better than 'Gotta Be You'.

Are Niall & Louis ever going to get a solo? Is Liam ever going to not start the song?!

According to the thread on SIN, Louis has a solo on 'Another World'. It's an alright song, probably better than 'Gotta Be You', although that is now growing on me, despite the poor X Factor performance.

Louis does indeed have a solo on Another World (third verse). I do like it, they've done 4 very good songs so far so I'm really looking forward to their album!

only 400 copies ahead of Rihanna and falling to number 3 behind Flo Rida on iTunes. They might not even debut in the top 2 this week
