Man Utd history with Brazilians is not amazing but he fits perfect for Amorim’s system. Sancho’s style suits European football not premier league football. Cunha is a proper premier league player

Casemiro wouldn't even get into Southampton's team, worst midfielder in the league.

Put Bayinder between the sticks and we might not leak as many goals.

Only downside is we're 100% getting Spurs in the final (if we get there!) who absolutely have our number this season with 3 wins out of 3.

Im still concerned a bit I think they could have made it 4 or 5 and ended it tonight. 3-0 is not unassailable but a great result. Hopefully that Norwegian team beat Spurs on their plastic pitch

You do know Spurs NEVER win a big game?

6 clubs in the CL next year from England will make it way harder to get 5 CL spots the following season. All it takes is for half of the teams to be crap.

Touché but from the evidence so far it seems we're the only team Ange has worked out how to beat consistently!

The funny thing is Man Utd finished 8th last season and only qualified for the Europa League due to winning the FA CUP and now will finish 16/17th and could get in champions league by winning the Europa League

Another interesting fact despite losing 15(yes 15) out of 34 premier league games this season Man Utd are unbeaten in Europe

I'm not sure if that says more about the strength of the premier league or the weakness of the second tier of European football!

Probably helps that in your last 3 games you've played against 10 men for two of the ties!

The Europa League is significantly weaker and will be going forwards. Not having the 3rd placed teams drop down is probably fairer. But if the CL format didn't change you'd have had the likes of Man City, Juventus, Brugge, Sporting even Celtic in there as well.

It’s a roundabout way of getting there 🤣

‘Big game’ being the appropriate word 😀

3 games left to reach the magic 40!

It’s funny no matter how bad Man Utd do on any given week spurs still stay below

Antony scored another world class winner today as he did on Thursday. Betis went from 14 points off the champions league places to within a point. Might end up getting 50 million for him
