"Hoon is a progressive soul band from Tokyo, consisting of vocalist JC, keyboardist Ken, bassist Naoto, and harpist Yuko. SEE YA is a track from their 2nd studio album Zoo. Its music video was directed by Akihikio Taniguchi.

The selection of the entry was rather random. We discovered the record via YouTube and were curious 'What's this ducks Blender thing? Why did the band use the -n hiragana?' After holding meetings several times, our broadcasting agreed to send them after the Summer break."

About:

"FSTVLST (initially known as Jenny until 2011) is an alternative rock band from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The band consists of vocalists Farid Stevy, guitarist Roby Setiawan, bassist Humam Mufid Arifin, and drummer Danis Wisnu Nugraha, with keyboardist Tama Mahdi and guitarist Fandi Kurniawan serving as additional touring members. Using the jargon "Almost Rock, Barely Art," FSTVLST is one of the Indonesian bands that blends music and visual arts into their live performances.

Tri Esa is the intro and the opening track of the band's third LP, Paradoks Diametral, which is quickly becoming CowTzy's favorite Indonesian album of 2026 so far. While most indie fans favor Jefferson, Apa Kabar Opus, and Rock Jelek, CowTzy argues that Tri Esa should also become the band's standout track. It's a four-minute spoken-word track with some sung verses that gives the band's instrumentalists plenty of room to shine. The chant Manifesto-Hits Hits Kitsch Kitsch-Dua Garis Dua Garis-Paradoksal Diametral-Sihir Sihir, representing all three of their LPs, is an addictive and memorable catchprase. CowTzy also noted that Tri Esa features a drum switch-up that sounds quite similar to the percussion in Safri Duo's Played-A-Live (A Bongo Song), a dance anthem from the 2000s."
