Sergej's Personal Chart Highlights – 18th April 2025

🔥 Top of the Chart

  • HAIM reign for a third consecutive week at No. 1 with the infectious “Relationships”, solidifying it as a spring anthem, also marking it so far the song with the most weeks at #1 this year.

  • Annalisa jumps 4–2 with “Il mondo prima di te”, peaking after a 19-week climb, showing strong staying power, even for a 7-year old song.

  • Ed Sheeran enters the Top 3 with “Azizam” in just its second week, making a strong case as a future No. 1 contender.

🚀 Biggest Climbers

  • Damiano David vaults 19–8 with “Next Summer”, his second solo Top 10 hit on the chart.

  • Mercer Henderson also takes a leap, rising 20–9 with “Almost, So Close, Maybe”, earning her first Top 10.

  • Elodie explodes into the Top 5 (14–5) with the rhythmic dance song “Mi Ami Mi Odi”, signaling a hot streak.

🌟 New Entries

  • Shaboozey & Myles Smith hit at No. 12 with the soulful “Blink Twice”, the highest debut of the week.

  • Cesare Cremonini ft. Elisa arrive at No. 16 with their pop duet “Nonostante Tutto”.

  • JENNIE debuts at No. 17 with “like JENNIE”, her highest solo debut yet.

  • PinkPantheress (No. 21), Franco126 ft. Giorgio Poi (No. 45), and HAIM again at No. 93 with “Everybody’s trying to figure me out” all mark strong new entries.

🔁 Re-Entries & Comebacks

  • Riku Rajamaa & Stanfour return at No. 83 with “Back Again”, fitting title for a comeback!

  • Ravyn Lenae re-enters at No. 95 with “Love Me Not”, reclaiming a spot after a short absence.

🆕 Other Notable Debuts

  • Calvin Harris lights it up at No. 82 with “SMOKE THE PAIN AWAY”.

  • Bruce Springsteen brings classic vibes to No. 60 with “Rain In The River”.

  • RANI enters at No. 38 with the ethereal “Lifeline”, her highest debut to date.

📉 Notable Drops

  • Former chart-topper Chappell Roan’s “Pink Pony Club” drops 22–47, completing a 22-week chart run.

  • Sugababes’ “Jungle” falls sharply from 31–66 after peaking at No. 6 just a few weeks ago.

Dropouts

  • Big names like Tate McRae (“Sports car”), Leony (“Oldschool Love”), and Charli XCX (“B2b”) leave the chart this week.

  • Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” exits after a long and impactful 23-week non consecutive stay, including a No. 14 peak.

Also I will be in Belgium next week, so the next chart could be the fallout from my trip.

Hey Sergej! :) Glad to see the debuts for 'Blink Twice' & 'Tonight'. Good chart!

Hi Sergej!

I'm not a big fan of 'Relationships' I'm afraid, I prefer quite a few other Haim songs over it. It's not bad though.

I'm really enjoying 'Azizam' so I'm happy to see that doing well. Hopefully it can be a long-running hit for Ed even if it doesn't make #1.

The Shaboozey/Myles Smith collab is pretty good, I'm sure I'll be charting that soon.

That Ravyn Lenae song took a while to grow on me but I do quite like it now.

I just spotted 'Afterlife' by Michael Schulte in your chart, which I'm a big fan of - I only discovered him by accident a couple of years ago when I shazamed one of his songs that was playing in a pub I was in ('Back To The Start' - which is a fantastic song!)

Nice chart 😃

Hello Sergej hi hope you're having a good Easter weekend so far.

Amazing to see PinkPantheress achieving a strong debut for you this week! 'Tonight' is such a banger... can't get enough of it at the moment.

New HAIM is another good'un too, bring on the album.

Hi Sergej! 🙂

Hope all is fab, sorry for the lateness this week and earlyness last week! Very hectic weekend!

Azizam up to 3, new for Shaboozey & Miles high up, Rudimental a big climb, ditto Ariana and a small climb for Alex Warren 🥰

Also Tom Grennan up, and lots of faves dropping unexpectedly like Miley Cyrus,

Hey Mango! 😊

Totally fair about 'Relationships' — I know it's a bit of a divider! I think I just have a soft spot for Haim's funkier side, this was my favourite from theirs. Curious which ones are your faves!

So glad you’re enjoying ‘Azizam’ too — it’s such a vibe, right? Even if it doesn’t hit #1, I’d love to see it stick around for a while. Feels like the kind of track that grows with time.

The Shaboozey/Myles Smith collab has such a warm, summery energy — I can definitely see it climbing your chart soon!

And yesss, Ravyn Lenae really knows how to create a slow-burner. That track crept up on me too — now I keep finding little things in the production I hadn’t noticed before.

Love that you mentioned Michael Schulte! ‘Back To The Start’ is beautiful, and 'Afterlife' really hit me emotionally when I first heard it. So cool that you found him via a random Shazam — those discoveries are the best 🧡

Thanks again, always appreciate your thoughts! 😄

Yesss, PinkPantheress really snapped with "Tonight" — I’ve had it on loop all week, it's such a vibe. Glad you're loving it too!

Totally with you on HAIM! The new track is so good, they've still got that magic. If the album keeps this level, we’re in for a treat 🔥 Bring it on!

Take care.

I'd say the early ones are my faves - Don't Save Me, Forever and The Wire. I still like their later stuff but I don't feel it's quite as strong as that first era!

Hi Sergej! 🙂

Hope things are going well and Belgium was a good visit, havent been there for almost 20 years I think now 😯 Will comment on the post-Belgium chart when it's up 👍
