Tuesday: University -> Football match -> Home -> Bed

Wednesday: University -> Got news of nan dying -> Spent night watching telly feeling too depressed to come online. also spent night off work. Didn't sleep much

Thursday: Woke up late -> Went to see nan's family -> Home -> Online

 

I'm feeling a little better, but still depressed. Going down on saturday to see her body etc, and the funeral is on tuesday

I agree with Matt, have a night off, and just relax, clear your head, listen to some nice music, Razorlight or Snow Patrol yours faves :wub:

 

 

I think Matt and Ryan are right, just take some time off if you're not feeling comfortable or good enough.

I agree, I hope he takes his time to process everything and I'm very confident that he'll finally get better and get through this.

He's a great guy, I mean, he wasn't feeling good at all but he took time to come and explain why he's been absent.
