Well, I arrived at Brixton Academy at 7 with Bacardi Breezer Orange stored safely in my trousers, it was only *SLIGHTLY* noticeable, so I was freaked out when a couple of girls started commenting on my "size" and started trying to chat me up, so I reckon they were perving on everyone's crotches :lol: Funny if slightly creepy, I later found out that because they had backstage passes they wanted to try and bed Pete Wentz :rofl:

 

After safely getting past the checkers, I opened my Bacardi and then choked on a swallow when it was announced that one of the support acts was Shiny Toy Guns - a band Aly introduced me to last night :o :rofl: They played "You Are The One", "Le Disko" and "Don't Cry Out" - all three singles. I enjoyed it very much and then promptly went into the foyer and purchased their album :lol:

 

The next act were called Cobra Starship, led by a rather charismatic guy, who half came off as a right tit and half as a really funny guy, but I warmed to him over the performance - during some of his stage acrobatics he tripped over and sprained his ankle, so someone close to the front gave him some paracetemol :lol: The second song they did was about loving a girl so much that you don't want to share her with the world, so you tie her up in your basement :rofl: They're releasing their album tomorrow - "While The City Sleeps, We Rule The Streets", and they told us to get it in any way possible, even if it meant downloading illegally (:lol:!).

 

Then we waited for about half an hour listening to some heavy metal dirge over the speakers while they set up the stage for Fall Out Boy, until FINALLY they came out. I forget the tracklisting but they played all the big hits and some of the album tracks from all of the albums, and they covered "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies" VERY well :wub: Their performances of Thnks Fr Th Mmrs, Golden, TAAS, IAAR and Dance, Dance were EXCEPTIONAL :heart:

 

Then I left and had to struggle through the crowds at Brixton station :lol:

 

Overall, an amazing night, STGs 9/10, CS 8/10, FOB 10/10, Pete Wentz 10/10 :heart: :lol:
