They are finally back with a new studio album, the last being 'Immersion' 15 years ago.

Looks like all the songs from the EPs 'Elemental' and 'Anima' are included.

Exciting stuff.

This has crept up very quickly indeed! I never actually gave Save The Cat a listen at the time and tbh I didn't miss out on much as listening now it's not really my preferred sound. Hope this isn't a too guitar-laden album and most of it captures their signature sound much like Driver/Nothing For Free (I mean more than half of the album's tracks have already been released but still).

Already a good album before it is released.

(I mean, there are only four tracks left, and they will be this Friday. 😆)

Feels very surreal to be listening to a full length album from them given I wasn't even an adult when they released Immersion and now I'm approaching mid-30s 🤣

Save The Cat sounded better on second listen but still not overly keen on the shouty vocals (same with Mercy Killing). Halo did it better (must have the holistic vocal training Matt Tuck had!)

Archangel sounding the best of the new stuff.
