I can't believe we're half way through 2025 already! Its been a crazy year, I've had a lot going on in my personal life (long story short, my brother-in-law passed away in February so I've been spending a lot of time back and forth between home/work and staying with my sister & 2 young nephews to help them out through this incredibly tough time) I just about manage to get a weekly chart out on crownnote, and i've had a hectic schedule these past few weeks with everyone and their mother deciding to go on tour haha! I need to start posting my charts on here again but idk when ill get around to it, but i do want to run through this top 100! I'm just adding the points for the last few weeks to the tally and get on with it!

I have finally added the June points to each songs total so will start this soon; basically on my chart if a song is #1 it gets 50 points that week, #2 48 points etc down to #50 getting 1 point! The tally is slightly altered for June ad the chart is a top 75, 1-40 is same and then the lower region is weighted so 41-45 is 9 points going all the way down!

Dermot Kennedy was the first artist I ever was a proper hardcore fan of, his debut album is absolutely incredible and one of my favourite albums ever. His second album was good but nowhere near as good, and it has since come out that he was often pushed by his label to make certain music. This he said was a return to what he wanted to make, alongside his ep from last year, and it was a great return to form! A gorgeous song from dermot, its peak lower than it deserves due to multiple concert chart bombs!
