Posted Friday at 11:132 days Is anyone else watching? 👀I'm LOVING it. It's basically a Love Is Blind meets Popstars: The Rivals type format with about 50 contestants in individual pods and they can hear each other perform, phone each other and build their own bands based on chemistry. Each band has to have between 3-5 members and the first 6 bands to be formed move on to the next stage. The series features AJ McLean as host and Nicole Scherzinger as main mentor to the groups. Kelly Rowland and Liam Payne (RIP ) also appear as judges in the latter stages.*SPOILERS AHEAD ABOUT EPISODES 1 - 7*My ranking of the final 6 bands:Soulidified. - 100% the alpha boyband. Landon alone will have the gays and girls assembling let's be real. Their chemistry seems so natural and they all seem like decent guys. Big potentialSZN 4. - really have potential to become a vocal powerhouse quartet. I love their unconventional dynamic. Like it shouldn't work but it does.3QUENCY. - love the fact two of the girls met each other as kids, have to admit I wasn't super excited by them at first but their showcase performance got me on board! Dark horses!SWEET SEDUCTION. - very on the fence! I love the bratty, give-zero-****s vibe they are going for and their vocals are insane both individually and together BUT the group cohesion just isn't there atm. And as funny as Alison can be, she's too self-serving to be in a group and I feel sorry for the other two girls at this point. I wish the girl hitting all the big notes actually joined the other two girls Alison turned down to form the final group. SIREN SOCIETY. - I like them! I don't think I've actively rooted for any of the members yet unlike the other girl groups but their performance of Don't Cha made me pay attention.MIDNIGHT 'TIL MORNING. - sorry I don't like the little guy who's trying too hard to be a rockstar. It comes off arrogant and entitled. The band have zero chemistry also.Looking forward to seeing how it all turns out and if any of them can go on to have success after the show!
