Yeah YouTube of official videos in the UK, I know America used to count anymore videos with the audio

YouTube of course counts but only for uploads deemed official- for whatever reason OCC doesn't acknowledge the lyric video for "Golden" as official so it isn't on the video charts

I think Golden's lyric video has likely slipped through the net as it's not on an official artist/record label channel!
