Thread for the album containing Nice to Each Other, Lady Lady and Man I Need.

She's not really my cup of tea but 'Man I Need' is easily the best thing I've heard from her!

I've really got into her since the Bridget Jones soundtrack she was on recently. Pre-ordered the album and I've managed to book to see her at The O2 next May. The first new artist I've been genuinely excited for in a long time, I think she has an amazing voice. Puts me in mind of Sade!

Looking forward to the album! Like all 3 songs released so far.

Really loved her first album and ‘Dive’ was a no1 hit on my own chart that spring of 2023 so delighted she’s breaking through this year!

This is such a step up from ‘Messy’ and that was already such a wonderful debut.

Every song is stunning. It is all perfect. ‘Loud’ is so different for her… like a Bond song. ‘Let Alone The One You Love’ having touches of ‘Purple Rain’.

Is this worth listening to if I find the singles so far to just be okay? Kinda burnt out on albums right now with such a big release schedule

This is a pretty strong album!! Can definitely see this being the type of album that would do well at awards ceremonies and sense a pretty big chart run! Shes definitely taking off now but I think she’s gonna get that moment that takes her to an entire new level.

The album closer I’ve Seen It sounds really familiar on the melody and I can’t point out where from but it reminded me of something for sure.

There’s shades of Amy Winehouse in this to me in places and i definitely also hear Sade too! Theres some real moments in this though. Let alone the one you love was the main one what instantly stood out. Here for this getting the #1 album!

I can also see her debut album getting some big boosts from the back of this album too!

This was my second fave album of the week and tbh the first album I heard of her. Close Up, So Easy (To Fall In Love), Loud and Baby Steps were my immediate standouts. So excited to see all the success of hers this year now. It's finally clicked for me.
