So what do you think of Morrissey's views on vegeterianism? He's well known for feeling very strong on this issue including the unforgetable 'Meat Is Murder' album, so what do you think and has your admiration for Moz affected your own views?

I've never let it swing my view for the simple reason - because I'd not eat ANYTHING if I didn't eat meat

lol @ the latter part of your post

It's simple with Morrissey, you can eat it, but he will cancel tours in your country if they harm animals, he will not sell meat at his concerts [burger vans with Beef covered up with Vegi-] with the thinnest paper ever!! lol

but he truly believes in it with a great passion and is an animal lover

Yeah I've always admired his passion for the issue but as much as I do agree with some of his reasoning the last bit of my first post would always stop me being a veggie :P

I've tried veggie burgers and they are edible  and I mean by that that they don't taste GREAT but they aren't disgusting either. ;)

Yum, a diet on potatoes and baked beans it would be for me if I did ever try though

Now you've made me hungry :(

Had a chicken curry tonight myself however ^_^

I've been a vegetarian long before I heard of Moz and The Smiths since I was 11, so I agree with him 100%, tis one of many reasons why I love him so.

I'm not a vegetarian but the song "Meat is Murder" really impresses me. Not because it´s a smiths song, it's simply because the lyrics are great. :)

Is Morrissey a vegetarian (doesn't it animals) or a vegan (doesn't eat anything that comes from animals), anybody knows? (I have this doubt for quite a long time)
