I mean, Apple Music had all 12 songs in the charts and 7 of them had a lot of radio airplay on capital but I don’t get why iTunes didn’t make each single available to download.

The Big Top 40 isn't an actual recognised chart, though, so it doesn't make a difference. Nevertheless, the Big Top 40 includes Apple Music streaming, hence how Taylor featured so prominently last week.

I believe Big Top 40 is completely made up anyway regardless of what they say about streams/downloads/airplay counting: if Taylor's whole album being in the chart brings more awareness to their chart they would make that happen even if the tracks aren't available separately.

Maybe they put the Taylor songs to drown out any unwanted songs still in the iTunes top 40
