Totally agree even one brand new song would have made it more worthwhile for fans.

It was a lazy enough release but it's success surprised everyone.

Indeed, very surprised by it. I think people missed them after the break plus the nostalgia feelings were high so they got lucky.

I did enjoy the fact that there was a DVD-version otherwise it would’ve been a passible release for me as a fan.

Nostalgia was definitely the big thing with its release but for fans like ourselves it didn't offer much that we didn't have but we still bought it.

We saw with the leaks two years back that they had songs that could've potentially been used as 'new songs' on the album. Just touch up the production a bit. Imagine if they released Long Way Home as a single in 2012 with physicals. It could've been a top 10 hit for them!

Yes there easily was the potential for that to happen but they took the lazy route although to be fair when i say that there was probably a sense of nerves from their own side wondering was the interest there for their music after the outcome of light up the world which was a huge flop for them and rightly so as it really was a very disappointing chapter in their history.

That's a very good point. It's easy to make these comments with hindsight but it really was unknown back in 20212.

It’s indeed easier looking back. Still, a little more effort would’ve been nice with this release.

I think had they recorded a brand new track back then it would have been a nice addition and also interesting to see what they would have come up with but i doubt it would have been anything near as strong as scared of the dark.

I like the CD cover tbf, it did it's job and the logo is iconic.

Definitely a proper lead single, ideally an original song NOT Dancing Queen. I always thought something like Alcazar crying could worked well for them. Maybe one more new track if there was space on the CD

A complete new track, a good upbeat one would have been ideal or a really decent cover version of something else may have worked aswell, just not dancing queen because they didnt really do anything with it.

I have to agree, Dancing Queen is one of their most underwhelming songs.

That’s already so much better @Spice Boy ❤️ And I can see crying totally work for them.
