Last year’s thread:

Positions are accurate thanks to the brilliant reasonably priced weekly UKChartsPlus publication. Albums are my own estimates. Total sales use inherited data and are post ‘94 only in the few cases where that makes a difference.

Note that UKChartsPlus also gives the weekly albums Top 200. This is another reason to subscribe to it, but also means my sales estimates tend to be much more precise than they can be for singles. A further factor in making album estimates more accurate is that there is no need to unwind the effect of ACR and the 3 track rule for albums.

I will post the weekly year to date Top 40 but will be maintaining a record of the full Top 100. I am always happy to answer requests for the sales and position of an album that you think is likely to be in the 41-100 zone.

A few of the totals for albums that haven’t been consistently in the weekly Top 100 are guesses.

"Short n' Sweet" isn't at 3x plat yet, but it's basically 100% likely that it'll do it this week.

Folklore and TTPD should both hit a million this year and hopefully evermore will go Double P 🙌🙌
