Posted January 20Jan 20 It's happening! New Arctic Monkeys music is out this Thursday at 3pm GMT 😮It's for a new War Child charity album, a follow up to 1995's 'The Help Album'. So it'll be interesting to see where it charts.Radiohead, Fontaines D.C., Damon Albarn, Olivia Rodrigo, Pulp, Foals, Wet Leg and several others have also been rumoured to have songs on the album.https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTvJP9WjCtY
January 21Jan 21 Author The rumour is that this will be their last song released before breaking up :( I hope not, but the source seems to be fairly reliable.Indeed, they leaked that they had a song out for War Child quite some time ago.
January 22Jan 22 With them together so long i didnt expect them to split especially as they take long enough breaks in between releases.
January 22Jan 22 Hopefully they call it an indefinite hiatus rather than a permanent split. I haven't cared for the last couple of eras as much as their earlier ones, but I still look forward to new music from them as I know they're capable of excellence!

January 22Jan 22 Sadly not doing much for me on first listen but I'm sure it will grow. I wonder if R1 will playlist it? They're a bit hit and miss with songs from soundtracks and compilations but then again they've always been big supporters of the Arctic Monkeys so we'll see!

January 22Jan 22 I like this more uptempo sound and hell I liked the last two eras as well despite the less pop sound as they are really genius at hitting the right chords and lyrically intelligent. Did I hear somewhere (maybe on Jacks Future Sounds) that this was made during the AM era?!
