I do happen to believe that Scooter's J'adore Hardcore actually had a censored version on both the UK video and Clubland 16. Have you considered it on one of the 2009 albums?

What'd you have in mind?

An idea would be Now 100 Hits 1985, 100 hits extra 1985, 100 hits 1985-1989 with disc 1 being 1985, disc 2 being 1986 etc
