New Carly is always exciting, even if I haven't cared that much for her last couple of eras!

I feel the same. I last really cared in 2017 with Cut To The Feeling, but I’m always here for new Carly music.

This is an article from Variety about the double album, which you could read it here. The 24-track double album includes collaborations from Tavish Crowe, Kyle Shearer, Nate Cyphert and Cole M.G.N. and it's divided into 'Day' and 'Night' sections. 'Day' is "organic and raw, with live instrumentation and hints of '70s-inspired psychedelic pop," while 'Night' is "exploratory and intense, shifting into a sleek, synth-driven world of dance pop."

Oh this is extra exciting.

I think over the next 2-3 months I'll need to completely listen to all her albums as I've only ever really done Kiss and most of Emotion.

Knowing that Carly always writes about 400 songs for every album and has a gazillion just lying in a vault somewhere, it’s never felt more appropriate to have such an ambitious album with that level of track listing.

I agree that not every album recently has been amazing but she’s always reliable for plenty of really solid melodic pop songs each go around.

I pre-ordered this one a couple of days ago, just before it went out of stock in the UK (I wonder if it'll come back in stock eventually). Anyway, I'm so glad I secured my copy heart
