Was pretty much torn between two but went with Take Me For a Ride. It was just so underwhelming (at the time) for a single to start the new era off with!

I agree that take me for a ride was underwhelming and what I find annoying now is that they had so much better on the album to kick off with

Agreed. Also the video is a bit ‘meh’ if you ask me. I would’ve preferred Livin’ in a lie or a full Slightest as a single.
