Maybe One For Sorrow? I'm struggling to think of another one.(I know they had plenty top 5 hits, but from an outsiders perspective One For Sorrow seems the most remembered non #1).
September 25Sep 25 Author Yeah I think I too was thinking of One For Sorrow, and maybe even 5678 as a bit of a left field choice? To the general public this is probably one of, if not their most recognisable hit so you could maybe understand why they’d think it was a big #1… especially as it’s usually accompanied by several #1s (Cha Cha Slide, Saturday Night) at every disco / club night! Macarena being a #2 also feels like a massive #1 for the same reason!
