However, Kimi ni Todoke and Forgotten Island have songs continuing to do well, as KMFDM are able to hold off surprises from Olivia Rodrigo and Mariah Deborah fron reaching the top spot... but NOT the unexpected return of Noah Kahan's best song this year.

Also, Cigarette Smoke bids goodbye from the charts permanently after having an incredible 9-week run, and in its place is a Secret Verse edition of the song that topped my 2023 Year of Champions.

Genuinely surprised you liked Sexy Magic and On Video, the latter is from one of my most anticipated films this year (it's out but I've yet to watch Primetime). I'm surprised there's no patient zero. The song paired with the video turns the whole thing into a masterpiece.

I love that #1 for the great divide. It's without a doubt his best ever song for me.

Unfortunately, while Babylon is gonna enter next week, Patient Zero really pissed me off. I genuinely love the metaphor of Taylor Swift after going a breakup comparing herself to the patient zero of a spreading plague. Sadly the instrumentation feels like that trap part that ruined Marvin Gaye by Charlie Puth and Meghan Trainor for me.

As for the Great Divide... Maybe it's the fact that it's fall in the northern hemisphere, but I genuinely clicked with this song in a way i haven't done when it first came out, and i already loved it back then.

I expect these first three to at least stay in the top 20 even though they'll be likely pushed down due to Holly and McKenna next week. 9 to 5 in particular is gonna get a last boost before the novelty of the Dolly tribute naturally fades.

Stop the Wedding initially didn't click for me because i needed to get used to the strings and the sudden tempo changes. However, once i got more comfortable with them, the song clicked. I did say it would take some time, but I'm glad the time has come for this to click fully with me despite some minor gripes. It'll have a huge jump next week...

...but that's nothing compared to the jump i expect from Test My Luck. This is actually an early debut, it's expected to leap into the top 10. That's how insanely good this song is!

I unfortunately don't think Danceteria will be able to overcome the McKenna and Holly storm, but pink clouding's definitely gonna get bigger next week and Babylon will make a jump. The former is easily my favorite song off the deluxe, though i stand by Cleveland being my second.
