Not contempt with just releasing an album in Q4, Cliff Richard has teamed up once again with songwriter Chris Eaton (who wrote Savior's Day and Santa's List, amongst others) for a reggae Christmas song 'The Lord Is My Shepherd'.

  • Saw this yesterday and couldn’t resist not sharing 😂

  • I REALLY thought you were gonna say “combine my least favourite genre with my least favourite type of fish” 💀😂

  • I wish my mum was still around to witness me actually having a soft spot for a few Cliff songs*... Like seemingly loads of gals her age, she was a massive fan! This one doesn't sound like it'll be one

  • I really quite love 'Devil Woman'

  • 'Move It' is a bop

  • Someone in his album thread mentioned a SAW produced song that I listened to and found QUITE FUN

  • 'Summer Holiday' is cute

  • 'Savour's Day' and 'Mistletoe & Wine' are excellent Christmas songs and I'll hear nothing else!

We Don't Talk Anymore and Wired For Sound are good too, and the remix of Can't Keep This Feeling In that he released as a white label and tricked cool radio stations into playing in 1998.

He is not all bad!

I've definitely heard 'We Don't Talk Anymore', which is alright too!

I should probably check out those other songs too, I've definitely heard alot of dirge from him, but I trust that (even if those songs end up not being to my taste) they're worth a listen if you're recommending them!

Mistletoe and Wine is a Top 10 Christmas song for me.

One of my good friends has that as his birth number one and HATES the fact.

I might give him the PWL single at a push.

So this is an original song? And not a cover reheating Judith from Naked Attraction’s nachos?
