Heya!

I'm surprised expectations hasn't held on to the #1 spot but it's all good. I love it.

A good climb for housewife. It's not her best by any means and I do miss the poppies stuff she was doing but it is good.

It's nice to see neriah getting some love on buzJack even if I'm not a massive fan of her newest stuff. I sent Lego blocks to BJSC last year or the year before and it did qualify.

Still not a fan of roses but their newest one is better for me and it sounds definitively chvrches.

Fab stuff 🥳

Hey James,

It's been a strange week. I lost my dog last Friday, so parts of the Top 2 songs were hitting me hard (especially over the first half of the week). Who knows if 'expectations' would have held onto #1 otherwise, but 'Fall In Love' has been growing on me for a few weeks now!

I'm really enjoying 'Housewife', she's very hit and miss for me, but this is definitely a hit!

I still need to listen to 'Lego Blocks', I've only actually heard this song and the one she released last week actually, Neriah is definitely a new discovery for me as I only rejoined BJSC this year! (On that note, really willing you to get a hit soon: I've liked but not loved either of your entries so far, but I know you have great taste so will enter something I love soon enough!)

The new CHVRCHES song hasn't hit me as hard as 'Roses' yet, but their songs are usually growers for me so it has time ('Roses' hit me instantly, which is strange for them haha)

Thanks for commenting 😊

Believe it or not, I've won the contest twice! Look up Michael woods - in your arms and, Rationale - fuel to the fire.
