Pocket Symphony, the new album from French band Air is out in March, with guest vocals from Jarvis Cocker and Neil Hannon. Supposedly their finest yet.

I love Air... every album is new and innovative, and, whilst Moon Safari is their biggest to date, I loved Talkie Walkie and their Virgin Suicides soundtrack just as much.

And isn't the Pocket Symphony cover fantastic?! LOVE it.

I adore Air, Moon Safari is amazing. I wasn't as impressed with their last release though, but this looks promising.

what did you think of 10000htz legend? the difficult prog-a-like alb?

andf have you got Charlotte Gainsbourg's alb? as that includes most of the names on the new air one.

Charlotte's album was TOUGH listening.... I actually took it back to the shop!

And 1000htz was great, I thought, not their best, but a brave album.

Can't wait for this new album, though - Pete Tong was raving about it last week, and he played a new track... but I missed it :(

is it on sale for £3 now, then? It's actually worth re-buying for that price... if only for the gorgeous artwork.

My favourite Air track will always be the very Kraftwerk/Eno/Bowie circa the Berlin trilogy:

Radio #1

.... and the video is brilliant too.

One of my fave songs by Air too!

It's very different by any other song by them (compare "All I Need" with this one!)

First time I listened it (6 months ago) I thought is another band (something like Kraftwerk but more harsh) :P
