"The hit40uk chart is compiled by the Official UK Charts Company and Music Control, from commercial radio airplay and sales of physical and downloaded music from retailers across the UK." anyway...i posted she was at 29, because thats what the chart which is broadcasted to 113 radio stations across the uk said....end of story (sorry for the 'argument'), lol.
