New Album OUT TODAY!

 

Hi everyone

 

My new album "The Same side" is out in shops TODAY! Hope you can grab a copy. I hope to be anouncing some Uk tour dates running around the Support dates for Lionel Richie in May so will keep you posted and hope you can make it.

 

Have just finished my tour dates in Spain and Tenerife -we had an amazing time, the audiences were fantastic-The band and I are now flying back to the Uk and feeling a little delicate! Thanks to everyone in Holland, Spain and Tenerife for giving us such a warm welcome, can't wait to come back in the Summer for more shows!!

Mmm.. I really can't say. I hope it'll do well. But I'm sure that after the Lionel Richie tour, the album sales will be great!

on first listen i prefer breathe in been honest

I agree Breathe In has more immediate impact as a whole, but then it was designed that way ... it's much more poppy, and the big ballads really stand out quickly, but I don't think The Same Side tries as hard to be anything more than great songs sung brilliantly ... it took me a little longer to understand as a whole, but once you do, it's amazing to appreciate it.

Yeah The Same Side takes a while and it just clicks.

I wasn't really a fan of the album at first and now I much prefer it to Breathe In.

 

I am still standing by what I said before; I really dislike the artwork. :(

Im being realistic and thinking top 30 ;) i would love higher, but without the lead single being released on physcials and not much promotion i can't see top10 :(

Getting mine tomorrow. :cheer: The shop is up a nice steep hill for me to climb. Judging by what's been said about it above, it will be worth the climb. :lol:

Got two copies of the album yesterday- keeping my fingers crossed it goes at least top 30 on Sunday.

Haven't had much time to listen to it yet but I've liked what I've heard, especially Place To Hide :wub:

Well Breathe In didnt break the top 10 (got to #11) but still went platinum. I think this wont get the same sales potential, as its been terribly underpromoted, but i think it can go top 20 and maybe Gold
