Yes, but there are three kinds, so I'd say 2 of each a year would suffice :P And that's what happens anyway, with the exception of the BuzzChart which happens thrice a year for some reason :unsure:

I dunno, I think it's the BuzzChart which does the boredom, I was quite excited about the BuzzRate because there hadn't been one for 7 months when it happened last month, so I think twice a year is best ^_^ The BuzzChart just seems to be scheduled for whenever the place is quiet though, I think 2 of each a year is quite good, more exciting that way ^_^ Especially as it'll only have been 4 months since the last BuzzChart when the next one happens :(
