The A*Teens!! Managed by the one with the beard from ABBA!! This wonderfully camp cheesy cover of the ABBA song was a minor hit here in the UK, and huge in Sweden. the original ABBA song was Number 1 when I was born - ahhhhh! :) Anyway, the video has the littel pipsqueeks being treated badly when they are waiters and waitresses at a party. It was the song that always got me on the dancefloor at school discos, and for me is the ultimate party classic. This infamously dethroned Wet Wet Wet from #1 in 1994 and had a 4 week stay there.
