I know that, but tbh Melissa deserved to die... she was such a horrible b**ch  However, in recent episodes we started seeing a softer side to her, the victim of the fashion world trapped in an anorexic body and paying the price... hopefully that came across to a lot of young girls.

Well she is evil and evil people die/go to prision/have something bad happen to them

Well it obviously didn't come across to the boys

I'm not sure being a b**ch is any reason for someone to deserve death. If that were so the entire population of Buzzjack would be "at peace".

I don't think the point was ever supposed to be that she was "evil". She was annoying yes, but her character was supposed to be simply deeply misguided, and her encouraging Hannah was never about making the girl suffer, she genuinely thought they were improving themselves. Having an illness has never been an act of evil surely?

She certainly wasn't a villain in the Warren/Claire/Sam/Andy/Toby sense, they deliberately sought to cause harm.

In the world of soap, it's a good enough reason ^_^

You could so tell Hannah's mum didn't give a $h!t Melissa died on her floor

The McQueens are annoying me atm, as is the Craig/JP story.

That finishes soon, as Craig will be gone by the middle/end of september :cheer:

I'm fed up with the Criag/JP storyline. Yeah it's great and everything that they're exploring the issue, but in doing so they've ruined Craig's character; he's gone from a quirky, happy-go-lucky nice boy to a cheating, whining, insecure sod. And I still don't agree having JP spend all his time either moping or cheating with his mate's boyfriend is the best way to advertise coming out.
It's a bit creepy to see

Hannah speaking to dead Melissa

and boys. Sorry, just had to say that. its a common misconception that only girls get anorexia/bullemia

I'm loving Hollyoaks atm! Think they've handled this storyline really well. I know we're not meant to 'rejoice' over Melissa's death, but she was such a bad influence on a character that was liked by many and I think people are just happy that her death might make Hannah see the error of her ways.

Tomorrow's episode on channel 4 is very very good. :magic:

Sounds like it was a good (E4) episode.

OMG I spent most of that E4 episode with a cushion in my hands ready to cover my eyes if worst came to worst!!

That was fantastic, might watch it again on Monday

The E4 episode was fantastic.

LOVE frankie's comment

'Craig come out, Whereyou ever are'

Can I just ask if you are going to talk about E4 episodes before their broadcast on channel4 can you please use the spolier tags to avoid those without E4 not having to view spoliers by accident.
:o Sarah caught JP and Craig at it :o Evil craig, well I woudn't say he was evil, he just wanted what he had always been after :o CANNOT WAIT TILL TOMMOROW!! :D
I'm glad this storyline is coming to a close. It got very boring.
Omg the E4 ep was just great.
