Right,had a flash of inspiration from Thisispop who posted up a pic of Dr Hook in my BuzzOff Chart thread earlier.

 

So what I thought I'd do as a 'one off' (for now) is to get someone to pick a dodgy chart from yesteryear & you give points for those songs from that particular chart you don't like.

 

So,to start the ball rolling,can anyone suggest a dodgy year for music from 1976 - 2001 ?? Then we'll put it to the vote. ^_^

I nominate 1988

 

- The year of Bros, Brother Beyond, Scott & Charlene from neighbours making music with Stock Aitken & Waterman, Madonna's year-off when all the pop princesses appeared - Tiffany, Debbie Gibson (in retrospect she was not the bad), Vanessa Paradis, Yazz, Sinitta, Sam Fox, etc.
