June 15, 200718 yr Boro have just about signed up Samil Tuncay on a free from Fenerbahce, has a medical next week
June 27, 200718 yr Newcastle are looking to sign Geremi at the moment for freem which I think would be a great capture for them personally. Liverpool are also locked in talks with Athletico Madrid to sign Torres for 27m apparently.
July 7, 200718 yr Author Tevez at United on a two year loan. At this rate we'll be playing 1-9-1 next year!
July 9, 200718 yr Chelsea seem to be almost singing Florent Malouda. He would be a good signing for them, but in terms of catching up Man Utd and boosting their squad they're really really far behind. Liverpool have also apparently made a bid for Ajax winger Ryan Babel.

Liverpool are also locked in talks with Athletico Madrid to sign Torres for 27m apparently. I don't see Geremi being a success He failed to unseat the dire Khalid Behalazouz or whatever his name was last season then when he got injured they played Diarra a central midfielder at right back instead of Geremi
July 11, 200718 yr I don't see Geremi being a success He failed to unseat the dire Khalid Behalazouz or whatever his name was last season then when he got injured they played Diarra a central midfielder at right back instead of Geremi I don't think Jose liked him personally, and even though Boulahrouz was awful for Chelsea last season I think Jose was kind of forced to play him a bit because of how much he cost. And who knows maybe Jose though he might have been one of those players that after time he might adapt a bit more to the Premiership and become a better player?
July 11, 200718 yr Boularhouz wasn't someone who Jose bought in. He was probably forced to play him by Roman or whoever...
July 11, 200718 yr Boularhouz wasn't someone who Jose bought in. He was probably forced to play him by Roman or whoever... Apparently Arnesen said to Jose he should sign him instead of Micah Richards
July 12, 200718 yr Let's hope he has the same level of success at Arsenal as Davor Suker did ^_^ I hope he will, I think he will... He is far the best football player Croatian national football league had these past few years :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
July 12, 200718 yr Well they're apparently replacing Anelka with DJIBRIL CISSE =/  Cisse called Bolton a third rate team
July 12, 200718 yr And the worst signing of the season so far goes to: Liverpool signing Yossi Benayoun for £5m. What a complete waste. A) He's not even that good. B.) They're also signing Ryan Babel. What's the point in signing him? He's distictly average! Though Liverpool only ever sign average wingers. Last season they had four really good central midfielders but Pennant, Kewell, Gonzalez, Zenden and Garcia weren't on the same level. And Benayoun is, being generous, on par with those.

I have to agree, where will he play? He'll get a FEW games on the left of midfield i assume, but that'll be it, a few. He probably won't even make the bench when everyone's fit -_-
July 13, 200718 yr Anyway, Arsenal have signed Right-Back Bacary Sagna, which apparently means Emmanuel Eboue is going to be filling the hole left by Ljungberg in midfield, which means in the injury room or on the bench
