so cindys actually coming back? lmao.

btw i think its time Eastenders brought in at least 1 gay person, i mean how is it a realistic portryal of life without any gay people in the square apart from Naomi (who is never on anyways)

A gay person is joining. Mrs Masoods son is to be a 16 year old gay.

Who cares? I hope its Dot. Its about time she had a decent storyline!

KathyP if you dont care, dont post in the thread.

Simple as ABC really.

how annoying is Denise's boss, it'd do my head in working for her

She's a b**ch, but I actually did find her little sarcastically sweet spats with Denise quite entertaining.

This Cindy storyline is really interesting. I have a feeling it's Lucy or Stephen doing it.
i think denise's boss is going to be a major charactor slowly inroduced

So annoying if true, as she is an extremly irrititing charachter. -_-

And whole thing with Cindy tonight was quite amusing actually, whether it was intended to be I don't know, but Ian going around like a mad man was funny to watch. The end part with her standing in the square with a recent paper was ridiculous but funny at the same time, although possible whether the outcome is Steven or someone else.

I can't see it being Lucy, seeing as there have been loads of scene with her having a convo with the person, so not possible. Stephen seems to be the most likely, although I, myself, would love Cindy to really comeback.

Yeah, that's why I think it's Stephen doing it for attention because Ian's really been concentrating on Lucy at the moment so this could be him hitting out?

I liked that Cindy art piece on Gina's wall, too.

She is, her family move into the Square soon, its the house that was sold where Kevin and Denise were going to buy, already seen her daughter.

It won't be Lucy;

a) far too obvious, especially as she is the first main suspect

B) whoever's doing it probably won't last too long in the Sqaure; I get the feeling they want Lucy as a long-term prospect.

c) Lucy, whilst stroppy, has no real reason to REALLY hate Ian or Jane, much less

want Jane dead, as when she gets shot later on

.

This week looks very good. From the Sun Online:

EASTENDERS

Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri - BBC1

Ian is spooked when he receives chilling death threats, seemingly from beyond the grave. But can his late wife Cindy really be responsible?

Cindy supposedly died nine years ago in prison, where she was locked up for attempting to murder Ian. But when he finds himself being stalked, Ian starts to believe his ex might still be alive - and trying to finish him off.

“Someone is out to get Ian!” says Adam Woodyatt, who plays him. “Ian knows Cindy is supposed to be dead, but he starts to believe anything could be possible.”

The drama begins when a bouquet arrives for Ian, with a card marked ‘RIP’. Then, Peter tells him Lucy has run away to live with her mother - Cindy!

Ian finds his daughter in the park and accuses her of playing pranks on him.

“He thinks Lucy has been winding him up,” explains Adam. “But she insists Cindy has been in touch by e-mail.”

Ian is aghast when Lucy races off towards a blonde woman, who looks just like Cindy. But it isn’t her and Ian laughs at himself for believing such a daft story.

However, as father and daughter walk away, someone IS watching them!

Later, Ian logs onto Lucy’s computer and, pretending to be Lucy, tries to contact the person claiming to be Cindy.

Suddenly, he gets a whiff of his late wife’s favourite perfume and tracks the smell to hallway. Written on the mirror are the words, ‘I’m back, Ian!’

“At that point, it’s no longer a joke,” says Adam. “Ian knows someone got into the house to do that.”

Desperate to get to the bottom of the mystery, Ian visits Cindy’s sister, Gina, who he suspects is behind the spine-chilling events.

He sneaks into Gina’s home through an open door, only for Gina to mistake him for a burglar and point a gun at him!

“Gina is as nutty as Cindy!” says Adam. “But she denies sending the messages.”

Ian returns home and is shell-shocked when Jane opens an ominous letter with a picture that appears to confirm his worst nightmare.

Surely Cindy can’t be about to return from the dead? Then again, Dirty Den did!
