April 28, 200620 yr I really wanna know how well Rihanna is doing in albums, after being completely blown away by her top10 position I am keen to know how well she is holding up! I can't understand why A Girl Like Me is doing so much better than Music Of The Sun? Both albums were preceeded by a #2 single, Pon De Replay, and S.O.S (Rescue Me) yet Music Of The Sun peaked at the back end of the top40 and A Girl Like Me is firmly in the top10. :blink:

Both her albums are weak imo - nothing too special - i feel anything else she releases off A GIRL LIKE ME will go the same way as 'If its loving that you want'
April 28, 200620 yr SOS has appealed to the market that loves Tainted Love along with her rnb market. The tainted love market being a bit older tend to but Albums, hence the success she's having at the moment.

April 28, 200620 yr Rihanna's done better 2nd time around as SOS is a pop record and Pon De Replay R&B. Pop records tend to sell better generally and R&B albums aren't known for longevity in the albums chart are they? :P That said what i'm finding more shocking is Jamie Foxx in the Top 10 :o
