Not The Promise

Promise This

No, he was talking about Girls Aloud's single 'The Promise', not Cheryl's solo single, 'Promise This'.

I would assume that's also R -JAY- and should feel neglected that he didn't post them here first! Thanks anyway. :)

No, he only posted them because I asked for them, and I asked a few hours ago so he would have posted by now ;) And yes, it is the same Jay as -Jay- on here :D

Anymore updates on how much Beat Of My Drum has sold, seen as though it climbed back up to #76 on Sunday?
Sold about ~3,800 copies this week, since Vidcapper said the number 74 sold ~3,900. This means it sold ~25,500 to date :D
Such a shame, Girls Aloud would shift that much in a single week :(

According to the count down being shown on Smash Hits at the moment, The Promise is now on 505,000. Someone wrote it on Twitter.

I don't have the channel myself, so I can't watch to see if Sound of the Underground or Fight For This Love have updated figures. :(

Aw. Well thanks for posting that anyway! Hopefully the same person will post the other two figures - although vidcapper did give FFTL as 970k this week - only 30k to go :cheer:
Hopefully, FFTL should reach 1 million sometime next year! It's constantly on iTunes, and I guess it could be reduced to 59p :D

I'd love to see some updated sales figures for the singles - given it's been 2.5 years since some of them have been updated I'm sure there'd be a considerable difference in some cases! I don't suppose anyone has nay estimates...? :)

Nadine's single has sold over 20,000 copies.. She sold 11k first week. 5k the following week and then 2k the week after, and 1k the final week in the chart.

100% It's sold 20,000 i'd imagine a year a bit later it's probably 22,000 realistically.

Nicola's single has 100% sold 50,000 copies she confirmed this in a interview with Digital Spy

Nicola's Lucky Day has sold 7k first week. I think lets assume she's done 8k.

Nicola's Yo-yo didn't do too well, total sales are probably about 3,000 mainly thanks to the Universal CD by fans.

I read some that Nicola sold 8k albums week 1, and that her total sold so far was 13k

Nadine's album has done 10,000. She sold 5k first week and then 2k, 1k etc and must have added at least the 1000 since.

Please could update these!!!!! :w00t:

Official UK Charts Sound Of The Underground is 98 (), The Promise is 180, Call The Shots Is 485, Something Kinda Ooooh is Number 643.

Top selling singles of the millenium! We know Mariah's "AIWFCIY" is at #182 with 518k sold, so "The Promise" will be on about 520k now which is brilliant! :D
