Copy the link first of all , then click the 'reply' option ,
Click on 'insert special item' next click on' Insert You Tube' on the drop down menu that appears ,then copy the link into the box that appears on the left hand side of the screen
In that box remove the https:youtu.be/ characters from the link & click OK at the bottom of that same box & then post your reply as normal . ( This puts the link in the format required in order to post it properly )
I did it just now with the Cafe Royal ad & it works,

There is a little - symbol before the gNaeNH , you need to leave that in Laura , it works that way ,,have another go
You can also just copy the link directly on to the post for eg; you replace the ....... with the exact link & add n the YT bits at either side
