Well she has just announced her divorce, she has cancer, her latest album flopped, nothing seems to be going right for Sheryl at the moment. :(

 

She has a new single coming up with Sting however, and I saw the end of the video on VH1 and it looked good.

 

Anyone know if she is ending the flop album project?

I don't think the Sting duet was on the flop album "Wildflower", so I guess that might be that as far as that album's concerned.

I'd like to see her go back to her earlier sound, slightly more bluesy.

I nearly bought Wildflower but didnt but I want it :(

 

the duet is really good, although the video is kinda crappy. I love her songs like soak up the sun/if its makes you happy/all I wanna do I hope she does more like that :wub:

I have her best of album, shame luck's really not going her way atm :( she's way too skinny as well.

Her last two albums (do not count the GH) were pretty poor in terms of both sales and popularity. Wildflower is great but pretty bland. Some songs are just boring or not very flatering for her tone and her voice.

 

The duet is surprisingly great, though the video sucks (but she never really was a video artist to be honest).

 

I hope she comes up with something edgier next time around. The poppier sound of CC was great, the melancholy of Wildflower can also be great at times, but... the girl is at her best when she rocks.

 

Maybe she's just building herself a catalogue... ;)

I love Sheryl Crow at her latest album "Wildflower". It really is a good album despite spending just 2 or 3 weeks in our charts.Luck is not on her side at the moment its really bad.

 

I love her songs Soak Up the sun,Light in your eyes & Wildflower to name a few.

she may flop at her singing, but i know i mostly for looking younge. she's always on those top 10 bodies and that, and she looks great!

Yeah she was on VH1's top10 hot bods or something wasn't she? :unsure:

I saw "wildflower" £3.99 in my local sainsbury's

 

What a bargain shame i had it already.

I got all albums by Sheryl Crow, even her live cd. They are all good.

 

"Wildflower" is not her best longplayer and she released weak singles. "Letter To God" and "Where Has All The Love Gone?" are great.

 

I liked "My Favourte Mistake" very much. "It's Only Love" from "C'mon C'mon" is another favourte of mine.

 

"Tomorrow Never Dies" seems to be a song, that Sheryl Crow wants to forget, because it's not on her best of.

TND is great! shame it only made no.12 here.
