July 30, 200717 yr this show is collapsing anyway they have chosen the 2 boring halfway housemates that boring gay 1 and the smiley boring girl this season needs something big like evicting 4 of them and putting in Charley
July 30, 200717 yr They (media folk) are saying that Charley's media career is over before it even begins, because she never shut up talking during her press conference and gave them all what they wanted to hear without even having to pay her a penny, lol. I think for one newspaper, they refused to pay the £100,000 because they got their sh*t out of her, so another paper paid her £25,000 to talk to them instead. Her agent is now hoping they can make a lot more money in the magazine shoots she's got coming up. Edited July 30, 200717 yr by Off_Da_Endz
July 30, 200717 yr Charley will always be the most talked about this series anyway looking back next year people will go 'oh yeah, the 1 with charley'
July 30, 200717 yr i think ratings will fall now anyway, none of my mates are into anymore with no charley/chanelle rivalry and the new housemates were all pretty $h!te
July 30, 200717 yr Speaking of which, the ratings for Charley's eviction rose (as expected) last Friday. Viewers returned to Channel 4 on Friday night to see Charley Uchea evicted from the Big Brother house at 10pm. The extended show grabbed a 26% share of the audience, with the earlier outing at 8.30pm managing 4.5 million and a 21.7% share. This is the second time Uchea has left the house, after a fake eviction was staged on July 13, where the public voted knowing she would return to the house straight after she came out. The eighth series of Big Brother, which began on May 30, has averaged 3.5 million viewers and a 17.2% share across its run.

Last Sunday (3.23 million). This Sunday (3.67 million) Yesterday's viewing figures where the highest for a Sunday since the first weekend. And the highest for a non eviction show for over 4 weeks. While Channel 4 are reporting that their Live Feed viewing figures are up 40% (since Friday night's eviction) compared to the equivalent last week.

Well yesterday was the aftermath of Charley eviction We will see what happens but this series does look lik it will be become stale fast No one is even talking about it this yeat at work
July 30, 200717 yr I thought 'over 2 million' had switched off because of Charley Ill be shocked if the ratings go up 2 million now she is gone I doubt it will reach 4million
July 30, 200717 yr The only potentially interesting "plots" now are how Ziggy will react to today's events, and what exactly BB are planning with the Halfway Housemates. And these won't drag on for too long I wouldn't have thought, so BB will really need to find someway of stirrig things up. I think they really need Jonty more then they might realise right now.
July 31, 200717 yr at least im not retarded enuff to vote Please find the quote when I said I vote... Thanks
July 31, 200717 yr at least im not retarded enuff to vote err..... really? Your irony astonishes me......
August 1, 200717 yr I don't really watch it now -_- its rubbish without Charley, next time ill watch it is when Ziggy goes
August 1, 200717 yr Me neither. I'm just gonna tune in for eviction night. Charley and Chanelle were on BBBM tonight though, so I want to see that episode.
August 1, 200717 yr Me neither. I'm just gonna tune in for eviction night. Charley and Chanelle were on BBBM tonight though, so I want to see that episode. Charley made a fool of herself....as usual
August 1, 200717 yr It's PRETTY obvious what BB are planning... So far, 2 housemates (Ziggy and Liam) have been moved into the halfway house, and 2 of the halfway housemates have moved into the BB House. Now If I'm right, 2 more BB Housemates will be moved into the Halfway house (with the 2 halfway housemates being moved into the BB House), and then something will happen for a housemate or 2 in the halfway house to get evicted. Oh and btw, now that Charley knows what she's been like in the house, it obvious that she's just acting and putting/playing along (take BBMB for example).
August 1, 200717 yr The last three day's ratings tell it's own story (last week's equivalent in brackets): Sunday 3.67m (3.23m) Monday 3.57m (3.16m) Tuesday 4.03m (3.31m) So much for "The Charley show". I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so..... and it's audience share has gone up from an average 17% to 22% over the same period because less people are staying in & watching TV because of the nice weather (at last). PS. Did anyone watch You Can't Fire Me I'm Famous" last night. Funny how Jade Goody seems like a lot nicer person after the previous two months of Big Brother 8.
August 2, 200717 yr Thing is though.. there is alot going on now. With the Chanelle and Ziggy thing. so there was gonna be more ratings anyways. and who knows....maybe more people are tuning in because Chanelle has gone LOL
