Brian's the new favourite to win - he's dopey, kind, funny and great entertainment.... I hope if Carole doesn't win it, he does.

I agree Brian & Carole are my two favourite HMs.

WTF! Gerry threw water on Charley so why does she get in trouble!?

i'm not sure if this has been said before but.......

who the hell is going vote to evict charley or nikki when big brother are going put them straight back into the house??? does big brother think everyone is as stupid as brian

BB obviously does, yes. If anything, the vote this week should've been a freephone number - or 100% of the proceeds going to charity. BB really is treating the viewers like mugs this week.

Oh, and I've decided that this isn't the BB house this year, it's a Funhouse, as in a fairground funhouse. Reason is Charley's outburst against Chanelle last night.... calling her ugly and bigging herself up again as if she's even remotely attractive (she's got a nose like a joke shop nose for a start - it simply doesn't fit her face). I can only presume the mirrors in the house are funhouse mirrors....because Charley seems to have a woryingly warped sense of her own attractiveness. She's the least attractive housemate in the house.... even Carole looks like a model next to this hideous piece of gutter trash.

Also, her insistence that Gerry is boring - her intelligence levels are so chronically low, she equates intelligence with someone being boring. How great was it that he stood up to her tonight - and resoundingly won the argument hands down.

The girl's a laughing stock.... did anyone else notice her saying how the house is going to get "interestinger and interestinger" tonight? I don't think BB has EVER included such an abnormally stupid housemate. Jade Goody's Einstein next to this scuzzy poledancer. Yeuch.

I don't mind Brian but all that "Who Is Shakespear?" c**p makes me wonder if he is putting some of his thickness on!!!

I think the final 5 will be Amanda, Sam, Carole, Liam & Brian

Also, I reckon tomorrow nights eviction is gonna be pretty close as it's 50-50 on the AOL poll at the moment

A bit OTT -_- You're just saying shes that ugly because you don't like her! And Jade's hardly more clever than her

ALSO, BB isn't forcing people to phone up and vote! It's pure and simple, if they want to spend there money by voting for someone to come out and go back in then thats up to them ;)

that's mild, not OTT.

Charley has the unfortunate thing of being ugly both inside AND out. I don't like Nicky one bit - but I can see she's kind of attractive. Charley isn't - I think black and mixed race women are generally beautiful... but not her. I'd love BB to muzzle her for the rest of her stay a la Hannibal Lecter... it'd stop her stupid banter and cover her horrible face, too.

Well, the majority of people think she makes the show. I wouldn't watch it if she wasn't in there tbh

Bolloxs - she is nowhere near the most popular housemate on Digitalspy's poll (currently 11.76% not exactly 50.01% is it?). But she is certainly the most disliked (34.25%).

I would watch the show if she was not in it, but as it is I just watch the comments on Digitalspy instead.

Oh & you got your facts wrong regarding tonight's show. She threw an object at Gerry, before Gerry reacted and threw water back at her, before she replied by drenching Gerry.

Charley is a vile, poisonous, vicious, verbal bully who only knows one way to enter a discussion and that is by talking as loud and as fast as possible projecting insults. She is incapable of listening to someone elses point of view or rationalising it.

After 5 weeks I'm amazed no one else has snapped before tonight, and to be fair to Gerry he wobbled rather than snapped.

Anybody who supports her or thinks she is a role model when she makes Jade Goody seem like Princess Diana in comparison (Yes I'm being flippant & going OTT but it helps get the point across) must have something fundamentally wrong with them or possesses no sense of human decency or morality.

Either that or they possess an ASBO (Anti Social Behaviour Order).

Why are you over reacting to my posts  Did I say shes the most popular? NO! The person who makes the program doesn't mean they're the most popular!

And WOW, I didn't see her throw and object, SORRY!

100% spot on..... the full truth.

Gerry provoked that argument with Charley. He's a 31 year old male who knows what Charley's like. Why go ahead and wind her up? He obviously did it go get a reaction out of her (which he got). I'm not condoning Charley's behaviour AT. ALL. It's f*cked up. I've said this right from the gate. But he's supposed to be the mature one out of the two and he shouldn't have entertained her.

People over at the DS:BB forums complain about Charley's behaviour, yet all day long you see posts saying they want her fake evicted because she'll go back in the house kicking off   Where's the sense in that? So they complain about her causing arguments, yet they want her fake evicted then chucked back in the house so she can complain some more? And according to the DS:BB for most popular housemate, she's been voted third favourite, so those polls really aren't an accurate overall consensus to go by. There are people over there, too, that create posts such as "I wish Seany held her head down under the water when he threw her in", "she is the personification of evil" and "she deserves to die". That, for me, actually worries me. If people take a show like Big Brother THAT seriously, then wow.

Whether folk like it or not, Charley is one of, if not, the main characters in the house. She's the most talked about housemate this series. She knows what she's doing. She's played a clever game (which I have no problem with any housemate doing). She knows that when she gets out of this house, she's going to have a sh*t load of magazine deals and all the rest of whatever comes with it.

I personally can't see the show getting any better with/without Charley. It is what it is now. This is as good as it gets. It's been six weeks since the show started. If someones personality was going to 'come out', it would have done so by now. A lot of the housemates like Charley when she's being her fun, care-free self. Believe it or not, there ARE a lot of times when she isn't arguing/bitching.

She isn't a role model by any means. At the end of the day, she's on an entertainment show and she's providing entertainment for ME. That is why I'm supporting her. If people make the assumption that my support for Charley reflects my human decency or morality then that's their problem. I really don't mind. I know what I am. I'm educated. I have GCSE's, A-Levels and in the middle of getting a degree. I have manners and respect for other human beings.

thats an odd viewpoint.... you blame gerry ? like, yeah gerrys the one thats the motormouthgob$h!te isnt he? the one who argues with his own shadow <_<. gerry stood up to that viscious b**ch, showing more backbone then many in there. he wasnt talking that verbal abuse that shes so eagre to dish out in her usual ott way. again... IF SHE WAS A WHITE MALE THE COUNTRY WOULD BE UP IN ARMS AT THEIR BULLYING <_< but shes an black/mixed race girl... so she gets away with it. (her behaviour is ten times worse then barrymores towards the vile jodie marsh)

i find it odd that a degree student is entertained by this behaviour....

RUSS/T.I.P............ 100% spot on m8s :)

He was itching for an argument with Charley (that's how it looked, anyway), so yeah, I believe he's to blame for the argument.

Charley as a whole, is what I find entertaining about her, not just her behaviour. Actually, a lot of the time I sit there thinking 'stfu Charley' when she's causing arguments.

I don't tune in to Big Brother to see an over-weight 53 year old woman sit and clean the house. Or to see a 31 year old male sit and hold his teddy bear, talking to other housemates about museums and art galleries all day long. For me, that's not what I find entertaining. Others may do, and that's perfectly fine. I'm more interested in watching somebody like Charley who's got many layers to her. She's been playing a good game until recently, and while she's very argumentative, there's a much softer and warmer side of her that I'm drawn to. I also find her quite humorous at times too. But again, that's my opinion. You might find Gerry to be the most interesting housemate ever whereas I don't. It's fine. Opinions are like arseholes - everybody has one. If we all liked and supported the same housemate, it'd be boring, right? ;)

Charley v Gerry 11/07/07

How can anybody possibly support Charley in this argument?

Throughout this argument Gerry does not swear, does not raise his voice & was not the first one to through the water.

At least in BigBrother 3 Jade Goody had an air of vulnerability about her.

I totally agree with Chris Moyles on his Radio show today saying that Charley should have been chucked out of the house over this incident.

If you think what Emily did was worse than this then you are seriously messed up!

Both of them are idiots in that argument. He shouldn't have provoked & entertained her and she shouldn't have threw the water at him.
