On the 3rd of september some of the biggest singles of the year are released. They are:

Editors: An end has a start

James Blunt: 1973

Kasabian: Fast fuse (EP & 10" only)

Girls Aloud: Sexy! No No No

Plain White T's: Hey there delilah

Sean Kingston: Beautiful Girls

Rihanna: Shut up and drive

Reverend And The Makers - He said he loved me

Lil' Mama - Lip Gloss

Other singles that week include: Paramore, Go! team, MIMS, Scouting for girls and Freaks.

Rihanna is almost surely moved to the 27th August. Maybe it is too early to predict that week.
I really cannot decide what I think about James Blunt's new single '1973' although I have to say I do think it is a bit bland however I really cannot decide whether I like it or not. For me it is a bit meh and bland. Girl's Aloud's new single however I feel could be huge. I'm not saying I love it but to me after the first listen it sounds up to date, fresh, funky and could be a big hit which could be a number one in my opinion. James Blunt's new single I expect will get top 10 but I really don't think it will be a number one or maybe not even top 5. I really doubt his new album 'All The Lost Souls' will sell even half as much as his debut album 'Back To Bedlam' did after listening to '1973'.

I like Girls Aloud best, followed By Rihanna.

Unfortunatley i think most people are right in saying that Sean Kingston will be number 1 :puke2: :lame:

RiRi isn't out this week any more, neither are Blunt or PWTs apparently :o So we'll see.

If them songs arent out that week then just vote on the week they are out, I got the information from the single release dates pinned to the board at the top about a week ago.

since then a lot of release dates have changed. Check again! ;)

Sean Kingston will be #1

I love Girls Aloud's new track and the Reverend and the Makers singles but as per usual, c**p from James Blunt and American acts will outsell my favourites...but the Kasabian one is an EP, liited edition thing so i think that can be ruled out of the running for big entries

Yep, as I predicted they are all moving away from releasing the same week as Sean Kingston's certain #1.

Yeah now there're only James Blunt and Girls Aloud as big releases...

Probably coz Plain White Ts and Rihanna are really strong on downloads at the moment, so it would be silly to wait to much for the physical release.

Rihanna is my fave but im sure Sean will be number 1 that week....
