No, They have been off Aussie screens for months now and leave in England Tuesday (I think).

Tam and her mother leave with Brad next week.

Johnny Cooper does come back aswell, as nasty as ever, so I doubt it will be a long stay.

I didn't know Amanda's return was permanent :o I heard she comes back when she hears about Dan's death.

Also returning for guest stints this year are Jazz (Drew's mother) and Kirsty and Kane (which is a bit random).

I'm not sure if Amanda's return is permanment, I should have made that clear- But people on a Home and Away suspect she is

and Kirsty & Kane's return is a bit random, I agree, but apparently there's a great story that accompy's it. Kane will be in for a shorter stint then Kirsty apparently..

The thing with Kirsty and Kane is, is that pretty much everyone they interacted with have now left, aside from Irene. And aren't they also supposed to be on the run? It's just difficult to think of a plot that could realistically explain their return.

We need more H&A fans on here, it's pretty much just us two atm! Maybe it might pick up a few extra viewer/fans with people sticking Five on for Neighbours...

He is the Soap Cliche. It turns out "Milco" actually does exist; he's her long-lost twin brother.

I thought the same, the flashback gave it away back to 1988, and I believe this is her departure story from the series

And I think we have seen the last of Dan

And I knew it was the Priest in the end, it was just a case of eliminated Hank and Lewis out of the equation, I'm glad the stalker issue has been resolved, it was getting long winded.

Yes, Dan dies off screen and his memorial service was held on Friday on Australian screens.

Does anyone who watches Aus Pace spoilers know if Cassie leaves with Sally?

Oh, and Sam murders Johnny Cooper.

I don't think Sally's departure is connected to Miles; he is permanent and is staying. I heard that Sally gets removed as principal from the school and has to accept a job in the city. Not sure how Cassie leaves though.

Sam's become a MUCH more interesting character now she is not solely confined to being the third wheel in the Jack/Martha nonsense. It's a shame she won't be around much longer, but the scene where Johnny takes out Ric, Matilda and Jazz, only to be beaten by Sam was quite amusing.

Sorry if this ruins it for anyone but Sam gets murdered, I thought by Jonny Cooper, he blackmails her, apparently he has something over her from her past? Home and Away is great.

You really need spoiler tags.

I don't know if she gets murdered or not, but it's definitely not by Johnny Cooper as he has just been murdered by her.

It looks like Sam's murder is not a murder. She kills herself..

I was seriously pissed off with the Martha/Jack/Sam triangle, so it's music to my ears

What an odd episode today on FiveLife

Oh I'm sure the writers will find some way of bringing back the tedium of Jack and Martha.

Their popularity with the producers baffles me. The two least convincing actors, and yet they're given the vast majority of big storylines.

It's sad when a guest can be the better actress in a love triangle. Doesn't say a lot for the judgement of the casting department.

I agree. Everyone raves about J/M like thier some sort of God couple, but they are properly the two worse characters in it.

I'm loving Aden at the moment, and think the actor is doing well. It's really interesting to see his backstory.

Agreed. Aden was a character I was pretty sure I was going to loathe, but he's had some great lines so far, and the actor's doing a good job with the "devil-may-care" attitude.

Generally the 2008 episodes (Aussie-pace; Miles entrance onwards) have been an improvement on past years. But tonight's episode was pretty abysmal. I can see why they wanted to do this, but the whole thing created so many plotholes and inconsistencies, even by H&A standards.

The whole thing seemed very rushed, and I thought Kate Ritchie could have done a better job. Her character's been stabbed, met her dead foster dad, been offered the chance to die, found out about Cassie's pregnancy, and been told that someone else was going to have die as a direct result of her decision. And sure Sally did look half confused by it all, but it was still very under-acted I thought. Not enough bewilderment, not enough questions, not enough shock etc.

And the Annie thing was just out of place. Of all the characters that Sally is close to and who would be massively impacted by her dying...no Alf, her surrogate dad. No Ric, her near-adopted son. But yes Sally had to choose to live to stop Annie from havign a teenager hissy fit, a kid who's been in the show a few months and had all of 2 scenes with Sally previously.

I am quite disliking the way Annie and Geoff are being worked into pretty much every plot going, and their own feeble teenage angst nonsense is being given just as much airtime as decent plots like Cassie's HIV, Johnny Cooper's escape, and

Dan's death

; they're becoming the Martha and Jack of the show, far too over-exposed.

Do you think they are going to turn him into some good guy now  They did the same with Ric. I liked bad boy Ric

Any idea what hold Johnny has over Sam?

I didn't recognise Drew without his mop of hair
