I've seen bits of Mean Girls. For my own personal safety, its probs best if I keep my opinions of that film to myself http://i12.tinypic.com/6c7e4ow.jpg

It's a surprisingly good film. Chick flicks aren't usually my thing :magic:

Moving on... what has Andre done today :o

What? They aren't :o

Andre worked today... we had a delivery so it was quite good, spent a lot of the day pricing and moving stuff around so we actually had stuff to do for a change. Plus my colleagues are being nice to me because I leave in a couple of weeks  I'm going to miss work :(

Tomorrow though is free :magic:

Im quite lucky because our shop is closing at the end of the week for a refit which means after Saturday I dont work again for another week and a half :yahoo:

It also means there are no deliveries this week :magic:

But it does mean there's never much to do, with all the stock from the back being brought out... nothing to fill up with, so it can get a bit boring like :(

Yeah, that's exactly why I enjoyed the delivery today ^_^

How was your day anyway? Did you work?

Oh and you're a journalist in training, so I'll moan to you. I couldn't find "Teeline for Journalists" ANYWHERE today, and it's not as if we're a very small place either... I've had to order it off Amazon, and I might not get it for days and I need to start learning, according to the letter I received :arrr:

There ^_^

Nope :magic:

I was that tired I spent half of today asleep :(

Other than that its basically been tidying/organising Razorlight forum and speaking to Roo on MSN

Work tomorrow night 6-11 :(

Ohhh :o

We use a book called Teeline Gold: The Coursebook. It's dead good actually, we were told we had to buy it from our shorthand teacher ^_^

I saw that on Amazon too, but we have to get this one apparently  We were told we could buy it from the uni, but the letter I received yesterday said "study the first 10 units of the book before you get here". Go figure :arrr:

We werent told anything like that :/

In fact, we got told to buy the book after our second lesson of shorthand. All we did the first few lessons was learn the shorthand alphabet :magic:

Ah well, I'll have it soon and I can begin :magic:

Yey :magic:

One thinks you'll be sick of shorthand by Christmas

I was :(

Everything I've heard so far points to that being correct  I give it until November actually :(

Yup

You might last a bit longer actually. Our shorthand teacher is a right cow. She's really patronising and moves on too quickly <_<

Well when I went to the open day, one of t'students said it's mind-numbingly boring and takes place in "a room hotter than hell itself" :( I remember exactly what he said because I remember wondering how he knew how hot hell is

 Oh right

Nah, the rooms were okay.. just really small so theres often like 25 of us squashed into this tiny little room :(

Yeah, that must be what he meant :( Oh well, still looking forward to it :w00t:

"how he knew how hot hell is" - that's actually very hard to say :o

It is :o

I just tried while eating digestives - couldnt say it, and ended up with crumbs everywhere :(

Eating with your mouth open is neither big nor clever, kids

That's hardly the best tongue twister to try when your mouth is full now is it? It's full of Hs :magic: Then again, I don't recommend trying ANY tongue twisters when your mouth is full

Like he said kids, not big, not clever :arrr:
