Two reasons:

A: Your attitude towards comp schools isn't exactly un-snobby is it? After the convo you had with me and roo a while back, its safe to say you DO look down on them -_-

B: Its a guffaw laff

I look down on my LOCAL comprehensives, mostly because it's hardly reassuring that we had to be searched for knives during the tour and that less than 30% of the students got all Cs and above at GCSE level...I do realise that there are good comprehensives out there -_-

Mostly because the selection is needs-based as opposed to financial...
