September 29, 200717 yr Mushymanrob - but Kyle IS a Joke. I am not saying that there are not some very damaged people on his Show, but he makes the Show ALL about HIM. 'Look at me! My name is Kyle! My Ego's huge! My Show is vile!' I have read before that he has Zero qualifications to counsel, & advise - and patronise - the people who appear on the Show. All he does is say things like, he moved Heaven & Earth to help his Brother, who was on Heroin. And that when he was working away from Home, he, 'drove all night', to get back to his Children. It is ALL about HIM! He is a boastful, arrogant, over bearing show off. As for the Guy who Kyle calls, 'A Genius' - Graham - Psychologist - whenever he is brought onto the Stage, he just comes out with 100% obvious advice, that I & many others, can think of by ourselves, & we do not regard ourselves as either Psychologists or Genius's. As for those who condemn the Show, being 'Hypocrites' - for watching it. Well, I have never liked people who want Films or Games etc. 'Banned', & then you find out that they have never even seen what they want to get rid of. THAT is Hypocritical. By actually studying the Kyle Show, one can - gradually - see the patterns of how it works, & what is so wrong about it. I watch it about once every 2 Weeks - if that - to see if it is still as awful it used to be. There is no imagination in the types of problems & the people that they have on. Nearly all of the 'Guests' are what I call Semi Barbarians - some are Total Barbarians. They have no idea how to chat in a calm way. No idea how to behave - on or off TV, & so on. They give Working Class people a bad name!!!!! Also, the Show is obsessed with 'Cheating'. About 70% of the Guests are on because their Boy Friend/Girl Friend/Husband/Wife, MAY have 'Cheated' on them. There is then endless questioning, from Kyle, about why they think this - have they found 'dodgy' Text Messages, & so on - it is ALWAYS the SAME, when they cover 'Cheating'. Then, we often get the good old, 'Lie Detector Test', so Kyle can give long pauses as he reads the Results, from a Card - 'Was he/she telling the truth?' The idiots who appear on his Show, must be really scrapping the barrel to think that Kyle truly 'Cares' - he is a money making Ego, on 2 legs. I think it is good that over 25,000 Digital Spy Posts have been made about how AWFUL the Show is - it will stand as a telling & revealing 'Internet Monument', as to how UNpopular the Man really is - and how he can wear all the nice suits that he likes, but that does not give him - or his Show - any class whatsoever. It is 100% phoney, & a vehicle for HIM to show off - when he has Zero right to Counsel/Advise anyone with problems. He is no more qualified to do so, than a Homeless Man, who lives under a Bridge, in a Cardboard Box!!!!!! you have said NOTHING here at all to discredit the good for hundereds he has done.... just ranted about whats bad about him. ok, im not claiming hes 'god' or that his style of tv is particually palatable, but my point stand... Just as many proper Experts - qualified ones - have said that his style, & Show, are dangerous, as it is all about trying to make 'Car Crash TV' - actually helping his Guests is NOT actually the No.1 priority - Kyle just PRETENDS that it is. He can pull it off(!!!), because he is smug, & arrogant - so a lot of the people who go on his Show think he actually 'cares' about them - LOL! Anyhow, the Show's Sponsor has just pulled out - it no longer wishes to be associated with the Show. (Why it wanted to be associated to begin with is anyone's guess. The Show should be Sponsored by a Pig Farm, or a Sewage Works!!!!!). It can only be a matter of time before Kyle & Co, (Production Staff), get someone so angry on the Show, that they fail to control themself when the Show is over - and they kill or very seriously injure someone whom they argued with on the Programme. I do NOT mean just after the Show is over. I mean in the Days & Weeks after they have been on the Show. THAT will be when ITV finally see sense, & sends Kyle & the Show, into well deserved National Obscurity. Kyle can then go back to whatever he was before - some kind of DJ, I believe - a Local one(?). And ITV would certainly be fined Millions, if someone actually did get killed or put into Hospital, because of the Show encouraging anger, & 'Car Crash' TV between the Guests. There would also be a Police Enquiry..... In the USA, a Show like Kyle's, got into huge trouble. One day they did one on, 'Secret Crushes'. They sent an invitation to a Heterosexual Man - and he turned up, as he wanted to be on TV. When he went onto the Stage, a Gay Man - from the same Street - was on, & he declared how much he fancied his Straight Neighbour. The Hetero Man was so angry, & upset - that this was all shown on TV - that he could not forget. It played on his mind - until a perverse, all consuming hatred, of the Gay Man, was all that he could think of. He went to the Gay Man's House, & shot him to death, when he answered the front door. So, THAT is what can happen when you get people upset, angry, bitter, or twisted, by going too far with them on a Show like Kyle's - it can ruin lives. I do not care if Kyle 'helps' many people. I am sure that Dr. Harold Shipman actually was a very good Doctor to many of his Patients. Unfortunately - for many of them - he was also killing his other Patients - murdering them. Well, Kyle, messes around with people too - the Show is all about A) Him & B) Stimulating & showing tension/anger between many of the Guests. One day that Man will fall so far in his UK Career, that his fate will make Michael Barrymore's current 'Career' seem like Barrymore is as successful as Jonathan Ross!!!!! September 29, 200717 yr ill answer all the points raised from above here 1 he is a tv presenter... OF COURSE HES GOT AN EGO everyone in that position has! 2 of COURSE 'genius' only says what everyone knows, he does his real councelling behind the scenes! 3 shoat.... kyle DOESNT give advice, his team (qualified ) do 4 they dont get help in private because often they cant afford it, know how to get it, or have the willpower to stick to it! doing it in public gives them the motivation... ITS VOLUTNTARY. Surely your second and third points contradict each other? There is something in your 4th point, although does it always give them motivation, or does it ADD to their torment and humiliation? Can you imgaine most of the guests receiving particularly pleasant treatment from the public when they go out after the show has aired? And yes, it's voluntary, but you're assuming all of the guests there fully appreciate the consequences of going public, and are in the right frame of mind to deal to make the right decision and cope accordingly. As Zeus has just put it in his last post, yes I'm sure Kyle has helped a certain proportion of his guests, but does that cancel out any damage done to guests not so fortunate?

It doesn't matter a damn what he does AFTER the show, the facts are, the damage is already done ON the show by the way he goads and baits people.. He gives the impression that he actually does care, he gives the impression that he actually has some sort of authority - on both counts he is emphatically a LIAR and a FRAUD - he doesn't give a damn about the people on his show, and he has no authority whatsoever because he has NO TRAINING OR QUALIFICATIONS, I wouldn't employ this c/unt to be a dog catcher... It's obvious to me that his incredibly crude tactics have led to a spilling over in the real world, and a violent assault has taken place... To me, this is the whole issue here, what he does on his show has led to this outcome.... Next time, it might be a murder.... You wanna take that chance....?

His show DID NOT HELP resolve the issues raised, it exacerbated them....
