I am soooooo pissed off now. :angry:

 

My dad waited in for 5 hours for the BT engineer. Nobody turned up and they didn't even have the decency to phone to say they weren't coming. Between 1pm and 6pm they said. Then when I phoned at 6 to find out what was happening Tiscali said a BT person would phone me within one hour.

 

Needless to say nobody phoned. :angry:
