You need a program to Extract the files. WinRar is the one you need. It then puts the New files in a topic, where they become Mp3's.

Its something like WinRar 3.75. Download the Trail version Free ^_^ Its only meant to last 30 days, but mine has lasted ages! ^_^

I have it now! I've double-clicked the Britney file and it's loaded up, and I have a list of songs. What now?

Click on the Folder, and theres like a bunch of options at the top. Add/Extract etc.

 

Click Extract, and then it should ask you where you want to put the New Folder. And then Mp3 files should go in there.
