Posted October 1, 200717 yr THEY’RE sexy, sassy and one of the hottest groups in Britain. But those Sugababes admit they have taken lessons from a rival top pop act – Girls Aloud. The two groups collaborated earlier this year for the No1 Comic Relief hit Walk This Way. And the Sugas – Keisha Buchanan, 22, Heidi Range, 24, and Amelle Berrabah, 23 – now credit their rivals for putting the oomph into their slinky moves. Sexy Keisha says: “We learned a lot from Girls Aloud, in terms of dancing and how to move. Doing that video together made us feel inadequate as dancers, so they’ve helped a lot.” And there’s no ill feeling between the girls – in fact the Sugababes have kept in touch with Sarah Harding, 25, Cheryl Cole, 24, Nadine Coyle, 22, Kimberley Walsh, 25 and Nicola Roberts,21. Keisha says: “We ended up recording our new albums in the same place, so we kept a friendly eye on what each other was doing. We get on really well with the girls. They’re much classier than people make out and we socialise quite a lot together.” But even if their dance moves needed a tweak, the babes already know their music is a recipe for success. Their last three albums have gone double platinum and they already have SIX No1 singles to their name. Their latest, About You Now, is edging ahead of Shayne Ward, 22, in the race for the top spot this weekend. If it succeeds, they will be only the fourth act – after Gnarls Barkley,Rihanna, 20, and Mika, 24 – to reach the top singles spot on downloads alone. But it has not been an easy ride. Their new album Change, out on October 8, is the first since sexy Amelle replaced Mutya Buena,22. Heidi, who only joined the band herself in 2001, says: “When we released the last studio album, Mutya wasn’t in a great place. So it was hard for all of us.” http://www.dailystar.co.uk/playlist/view/1...-to-our-rivals/
October 1, 200717 yr i could have predicted who posted this without even reading and im sure the dance moves they did on the tour were influenced by girls aloud
October 1, 200717 yr LOL at the article  I hate when articles blatantly make up quotes like 'We socialise quite a lot together'. :P Still, nice read.

October 2, 200717 yr Author i could have predicted who posted this without even reading Erm, yes, for the obvious reason. I am on GA forums, so yes I read articles about GA. And since it was about SB aswell, I thought I would let you know, as you may be interested. But I was wrong it seems, so next time I will just refrain myself from posting a SB article.
October 2, 200717 yr please u posted this 2 provoke a reaction, ur not getting it Edited October 2, 200717 yr by f1mad
October 2, 200717 yr I prefer Sugas to GA by a long way, but you have to admit that GA do bring out some annoyingly catchy tunes!
October 2, 200717 yr I like both GA and Sugababes, both are great and have great songs, GA obviously do more dance routines than the suga's, but i know theres some songs on this album where perhaps they'd like to do a true dance routine? Maybe if they release Never Gonna Dance Again?
October 2, 200717 yr Some people really need to grow up :( Bertie may have posted it to get a reaction, but if you give him the reaction you're just as bad  Anywho, I am a HUGE fan of both but I think GA are better. And it's nice that the girls themselves aren't so petty and childish as to pretend there's some big rivalry going on, like some fans are...
October 2, 200717 yr HE didnt say it, someone from the Daily Star did. not in here, in the lily allen forum.
October 3, 200717 yr Sugababes are much classier than GA Id say they were about the same LOL. Both good acts. And its not true that they hang out and stuff, but its nice to see that both bands DO get on, shame the fans cannot do the same hehehe
